Refund Policy

A refund request will be considered invalid under the following circumstances:

• A discounted package has been selected.

• The initial design concept has been approved.

• Revisions have been requested.

• The project is marked as urgent.

• Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to our company or its services.

• The client has remained unresponsive or out of contact for more than 14 days.

• Our company policies have been violated.

• A third-party designer or agency has been approached for the same project.

• The creative brief provided lacks essential information.

• A complete change in the design direction has been requested.

• The refund request is made after the allowable refund period has passed.

• The business is either closing down or undergoing a name or ownership change.

• Refund requests based on subjective reasons such as a “change of mind” or “disagreement with a partner” are not accepted.

• If a client purchases a service bundle but is dissatisfied with one component, a refund may only be issued for that specific service — not the entire bundle.

• Refunds cannot be requested after the final files have been delivered as per the client’s request.

• No refunds or revisions will be granted for any services or items offered free of charge.

• Services such as (but not limited to) Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• For website design, no refunds will be issued after design approval and once development has commenced.

• For logo design, refunds are not applicable once the client provides positive feedback and the design is finalized.

• Refunds are not applicable for any third-party outsourced work.
